The program is very simple: if you refer us to a client directly OR if a client attests that they were referred by you, and we close a deal with them, then you will be compensated!

We know you don’t have to do this, and referring us to a friend, colleague, or family member is the highest compliment our clients can give us, which is why we want to thank you with a token of our gratitude.

You will receive your compensation/reward once a mortgage with a referred client is successfully funded.

The amount you receive is 30% (Thirty Percent) of the commission received by Sandhu Capital.

This amount is based off a 1% commission to Sandhu Capital.
